Margaret Martin Associates Limited (MMA), a Human Resources Support Specialist, are pleased to introduce you to Focus4Change. Focus4Change is an online tool for clients to guide them through a process enabling them to manage a career change, career development or an outplacement programme.

Accessing Focus4Change allows a user a wide range of support including five self assessment tools, CV builder, interview coaching, over 100 job search sites, an automated job application process and many other features.
